Simultaneous Interpretation
English is the official language of the Conference. There will be simultaneous translation into English, Spanish, French and Portuguese at the plenary sessions and all educational programs held in the plenary meeting room during the course of the day.
Conference information
The conference brochure includes information on registration, the education program and other conference information. Available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Name Badges
All attendees and accompanying persons must wear his or her name badge at all times throughout the Conference. Each attendee and accompanying person will be receiving tickets to all events that should be kept in his or her name badge and presented to Conference staff upon request.
Replacement of Name Badge
You will be required to show your name badge for access to all conference educational programs and conference related social events. If you lose or misplace your name badge during the conference, the replacement fee will be $25.
Audio Visual
Presenters of papers and lectures should bring PowerPoint /Presentations to the Conference on a USB memory stick. There will be PC compatible projection equipment in each meeting room. Technicians will be on hand throughout the Conference to assist all speakers with their presentations.
Questions from the Public
During the Plenary sessions, all questions from the public should be made through microphones provided to enable simultaneous interpretation to take place.

If you reside in a country that requires a visa to travel to Brazil, to attend the 2015 IOJT Conference, we would be pleased to assist you with a letter of invitation. We will process the letter and send it to you via e-mail within five (5) business days of receiving the request. Please submit your request to: iojt.2015@gmail.com.
