> Registration Closure

 

• The Brazilian Committee of Organization reserves the right to close registrations once reaching the maximum possible number of subscribers that can accommodate for conference schedule

 

> Cancellation Policy

 

• Registrations that are cancelled by June 30, 2015, will be refunded, less a 20% processing fee.

• Registrations that are cancelled after July 1st, 2015, will not be refunded, but an alternate attendee may substitute him/her for no additional fee.

 

> Photo ID Required for In-person Registration

 

• Upon registering in person at the event, each attendee will be required to present a current and valid photo to ensure his/her identity as a registrant.

 

> Permission to Photograph

 

• By registering for this Conference you are agreeing that at this event or related social activities you may be photographed, and thereby you allow your photo to be used for any conference-related legitimate purpose by the event holders, sponsoring college or organizers.

 

>Terms of Registration – Statement of Liability Waiver

 

The Organizing Committee, the conference host organizations (collectively designated “Hosts”), and all other entities participating in planning and conducting the 7th IOJT Conference are not liable for the acts of any outside entities related to this event. The Hosts are not liable or responsible for the safety of any delegate attending the conference, traveling to or from the conference, or participating in any conference related activities. The Hosts are not responsible or liable for delays or failure to perform due to acts of God or any events outside of the Hosts’ contract.

The Hosts reserve the right to cancel this function without penalty other than a refund or direct costs paid to the Hosts for services not provided.

Each attendee shall be personally responsible for his/her behavior. The Hosts will not accept responsibility for the behavior of any attendee or outside entity during this event. Organizers of this function and attendees, under the terms of this policy, agree to waive any and all liability on the part of the Hosts, the function organizers, and each other for any adverse consequences resulting from incidents arising in association with this event.
